Experience

Victoria Kabajwala is an investment analyst at Ortus Africa Capital with experience in Finance and
Accounting. She has extensive diverse experience in corporate finance advisory, revenue growth
management and investment.
She offers a combination of unique skills and competencies including financial analysis, solution and
product development, financial modelling and valuation, operating model design, and transaction
advisory.
Victoria has experience in asset management, investment due diligence, debt capital markets,
contract financing, fund establishment, and fund management. She additionally has experience in
contract financing, leverage finance, research and risk analysis, asset management, and big data and
digital analytics.
Victoria has worked with both public and private sector clients, and her experience spans several
industries including agribusiness, transport and logistics, health, energy and resources, consumer and
retail, real estate, financial services, and telecommunications. Her work has contributed to
organizational improvements, collaborative team efforts, and attainment of key business targets.
Victoria is currently an investment analyst with the Ortus Africa Capital Credit Fund, where she
assesses economic data and trends to aid investment decisions. She also supports investment and
wealth management for high-net-worth individuals including management of large real estate.
She additionally supports the project management office for a large donor funded impact investment
program that is improving the agricultural value chain in northern and eastern Uganda, using
technology, and improving farmer access to credit.

Professional Qualifications
